val @ 8:05 pm:

Hi Valerie, Recently something has drawn me to your webpage over and over again in search of inspiration… there's something about you! As I start my competition prep for this year, I feel like I need some mental coaching (and you seem to be very good at that).

We met at the Olympia 2006 when I was working for Hard Fitness online magazine. Thank you for the interview! Too bad JC never put it on the webpage, I have no idea why. Now he has finally promised to send me the tape so I can write it out and publish it on my webblog on my supplement sponsor's site here in Finland. :) Since you've said that you 'aspire to inspire', I thought I'd send you an email again to let you know what an influence your example has had in my life.

This past year has brought me so many amazing opportunities. I started working for my supplement company and by that I will be able to go for my dreams - CHARGING for them, actually! Hehe, I got the rhino book and I'm hooked by the attitude ;) This company is very special, they're always ready to carry out vivid ideas so for me it feels like I've found my home base. Going for the biggest dream: making an impact in people's lives by encouraging them to take responsibility of their health and wellbeing…

Through your site I was introduced to Precision Nutrition which I love. I plan on doing my next competition prep by that system and I'm hoping to get a chance to localize the system to Finland eventually. People here want everything translated into our own language and I really think Precision Nutrition is something worth translating! Finnish people are the third fattest people on the earth, so there could be a business opportunity here. ;) I'm discussing this option with the company I'm working for and we're discussing the possibilities there. Gotta contact Dr. Berardi at some point… that's going to be exciting! Seems like I can never make it short, so I better stop here. Just wanted to say that you're doing the right things to change this world. Go for it, SIREN!! This one lil Finn rhino is rootin' for ya! :D Have an amazing year 2008 :)

[…] press release is over on Cleveland.com, but to direct some traffic her way, check it out at her official blog.  If you've been to the downtown Octane Cafe or seen the "flex cam" at the […]

I actually live down the street from Octane. Great food. Congrats on being a part of American Gladiators! It's always good to see come Clevelanders representing on the big stage. I'm sure this will open up many doors for you. Keep up the good work and good luck on the upcoming fitness and television season. I usually go to the Arnold Classic, I'll be sure to check out your competition.

Ken @ 5:24 pm:

Hey Val, I'm a 19 year old junior hockey player in the eastern states and I just wanted to thank you for the inspiration that you have provided me.

I was introduced to who you were by John Berardi, as I own precision nutrition and frequent the boards there. I really would just like to say you are an inspiration and your "aspire to inspire" motto is working!

I want to thank you for making the post about the TQ system, as I am now very interested in it. Much like the precision nutrition system, there are people who are successful without it, anyone who buys into a plan laid out for them like that will be unstoppable.

Keep kicking butt!

Val. We in the bodybuilding community really miss your presence among us backstage. You lit up every room you entered with your smile and very personable attitude. I am so happy and proud of you for all you have accomplished. I hope you one day make a return to the IFBB stage. Love you Val.
