'Siren' aka: 'The Green Goddess' Joins Team Beachbody

As a Beachbody Coach my goal is to help you make the choice of intentional excellence in your life, your personal development, your health and fitness, your body composition or whatever goals you have set for yourself. And then to help you energetically, enthusiastically charge after them.

Over the last 3 years, competing as a professional figure athlete, I've had the opportunity to share the figure stage with some of the most talented women athletes in the world. And, I have had the good fortune to work with some of the best trainers, nutritionist and coaches in the world. I learned more about conditioning, dieting and the power of goal setting then I ever imagined I would.

As a Beachbody Coach, I now have the opportunity to help inspire others to achieve their goals. And I can help you. Let's workout together and get in the best shape of our lives.

I'll be embarking on 90 days of P90X. And I know how challenging it is. While I was competing, I used P90X as one of the tools of my training. Ab Ripper X… as Tony says. I hate it… but I love it!

Now that I've retired from the professional figure tour to focus on developing the Green Goddess and to be an 'American Gladiators', I do find myself struggling to find the time to get to the gym. P90X is the perfect solution for me.

Once I met Carl and Tony and could feel their commitment to helping people and fighting the the obesity epidemic in this country, I knew I could enthusiastically recommend not only the products but the wonderful opportunity to be a Beachbody coach as well.
